I was thinking that maybe the professors could take a student under there wind so to say. The student would help with putting things away and helping the teacher prep for class. They would get paid little, but with little chances as it would be, it would be a good way to make money.
Of course it would also help with the future. If a student would want to become a hogwarts teacher themselves or in a job that would involve the subject it would be a good way to help learning. The student would show up before or after classes and would basically be working for the professor for said time.
The thing is we should limit # of helpers per teacher… it would be a mess if one professor had 10 students running around trying to help. I could see in like Herboloy or the Hospital wing that it would make sense, but not in charms. It could be around the school, not just 'normal' classes. The student would sign up and would have to have the teacher post on that they agreed to letting the student study under them and would watch the student well in their care.
It would also help with the flow of rp. They would have to show proof that they had rped at less with helping the professor once in the month to get their pay.
