Since owls are not magical creatures yet they do take a heavy role in providing messages to and from both the Muggle and Wizardry World. I was wondering if I could be of some assistance in taming, training and caring for these beautiful creatures.
I have grown up around two family owls. I was given the duty to feed the owls, which was a gruesome task. But my mother had no interest in doing it and my father was usually always 'busy' during feeding time. I spent most of my days not practicing charms growing up with these owls and they became good friends, if not, my only friends.
I was personally given both of these owls upon applying to Hogwarts and they both live with me in my cottage out in Forest of Dean.
I would be of great help teaching an out of school class for anyone who owns a pet owl and is in need of some form of assistance. Rather if the bird is being disobedient, lacks any form of training or just needs a bit of a refresher with some basic lessons. I also would like to stress that these birds can feel to so treating them like your own brother/sister would be necessary.
